Refund and Return Policy

We want your gloves to feel right when they arrive. This policy combines our standard 30-day return policy with the additional rights available to eligible consumers in the European Union.

Standard 30-day return policy

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. To qualify under this voluntary policy, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact service@mvptoo.com before sending anything back so we can provide handling instructions. This voluntary process does not limit the EU withdrawal right described below.

For a standard change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost unless MVPTOO agrees otherwise in writing.

Damages, wrong items, and defects

Inspect the order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact service@mvptoo.com promptly with the order number and clear photos. For defective, damaged, or wrong items, MVPTOO bears the direct return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return method or reimburse the reasonable documented direct return shipping cost; the customer will not be charged that cost.

Exchanges

The fastest exchange route is to return the item you have and, after the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Custom or personalized products, gift cards, and sealed health or hygiene goods that were unsealed after delivery may not be returnable. Damage caused by misuse, modification, improper care, crash damage, or use beyond reasonable inspection is not treated as a product defect. Contact us before returning any item if you are unsure. These exceptions do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Standard refunds

After we receive and inspect a standard return, we will tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may need additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact service@mvptoo.com.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

If an order is shipped to a consumer in the European Union, the consumer has a legal right to withdraw from the distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts the day the consumer, or a third party named by the consumer other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. For goods delivered in multiple shipments, it starts when the last item is received.

This EU withdrawal right is additional to our standard 30-day policy. Where this EU section gives stronger rights, this EU section controls.

How to exercise your EU withdrawal right

Before the 14-day period expires, send a clear withdrawal statement to service@mvptoo.com. Include the order number, customer name, order email, the items covered, and a statement that you are withdrawing from the purchase. Merely sending the goods back without a clear statement may not exercise the withdrawal right.

Sending goods back after EU withdrawal

Sending the clear withdrawal notice exercises the right; it does not depend on MVPTOO accepting or approving it. After sending the notice, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the notice. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before that period expires. Customers may email service@mvptoo.com for handling instructions, but requesting instructions does not extend or condition the statutory deadline.

EU return shipping cost

For a change-of-mind EU withdrawal, the customer pays the direct return shipping cost unless MVPTOO agrees otherwise in writing. If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, MVPTOO bears the direct return shipping cost through a prepaid return method or reimbursement of the reasonable documented direct return shipping cost; the customer will not be charged that cost.

EU refunds and timing

For an eligible withdrawal, we reimburse payments received for the returned goods, including the least expensive standard delivery cost offered at checkout. Extra cost for a more expensive delivery method need not be reimbursed. Reimbursement is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the withdrawal notice. For goods, we may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or the customer supplies evidence of return shipment, whichever occurs first. The refund goes to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

EU inspection and diminished value

The consumer may inspect the goods as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, including trying the gloves on. The consumer may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling or use beyond what is necessary for that inspection.
