Refund and Return Policy

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Contact us before sending an item back; we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order on delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For a confirmed damaged, defective, or wrong item, MVPTOO will provide a prepaid return method or reimburse reasonable documented direct return shipping costs. The customer is not charged return shipping for that confirmed issue.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, request a return for the original item. After the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an accepted return, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
