Order processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and Shopify order review. Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If an order requires address confirmation, risk review, or inventory confirmation, processing may take longer.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, shipping cost, estimated transit time, and any taxes or duties shown by checkout will be displayed before you place the order. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier first scans the package.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address before placing the order. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to change the destination address or shipping method.
Carrier delays and delivery issues
Delivery may be affected by carrier capacity, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or events outside our control. MVPTOO is not responsible for carrier delays after the package is handed to the carrier, but we will help review available tracking information when you contact us.
Lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments
If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact us promptly at lander@mvptoo.com with your order number, tracking number, and photos when applicable. Carrier investigation may be required before a replacement or refund decision can be completed.
International orders
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges may be collected by the carrier or local authority unless checkout states otherwise. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
